Appointments

  • We reserve 60 minutes for each acupuncture appointment.
  • We request that all cancellations and schedule changes be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled treatment.
  • If you are running behind, please notify the clinic.

Pricing & Billing

Time-of-service discounts and treatment packages are available; please see Treatment Packages. Patients who are not billing insurance may ask for a form to submit to their insurance provider for reimbursement.

  • Kaiser
  • United Healthcare
  • PacificSource
  • Providence
  • Motor Vehicle/Personal Injury Claims (such as State Farm and Liberty Mutual)
  • Workers’ Compensation Claims
